By installing or using the CodeHound browser extension, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension.
CodeHound is a browser extension that accesses your Gmail account (with your permission) to find and copy verification codes to your clipboard. It is provided free of charge for personal use.
You are responsible for keeping your Google account credentials and any AI API keys you provide secure. You agree to use CodeHound only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or misuse the extension.
CodeHound requests read-only access to your Gmail via Google OAuth2. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. We do not store your Google credentials.
AI-assisted mode is optional and requires you to provide your own API key from Anthropic or OpenAI. You are responsible for any costs incurred through your use of those APIs. CodeHound does not have access to your API key and is not responsible for how those third-party services handle your data.
CodeHound is provided "as is" without any warranty. We make no guarantees that it will work correctly in all situations, find every verification code, or remain available. Use it at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gardner Programs shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use CodeHound.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the extension after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If you have any questions about these terms, please open an issue on the CodeHound GitHub repository.
